2 8am long runs in a row. Didn't quite meet Eric's 20:15 ratio, but we were very close and attendance was better than last time. Went to Stone Creek and took a slightly different route than the one I usually take. The sriracha burger from steak n shake caught up to me in this long run, so major stomach issues the last 20 minutes. After using the bathroom, I kinda hammered the pace to see if I could catch up to anyone, which I did and caught up to Arun. Quickly went back to the bathroom after that. Pretty upset with how I felt this morning, but better I did something stupid now than doing something stupid the day of a race.
