Ran the rest of my mileage with my good ol' hs distance team. Hoped they were doing an easy day but were doing 600's instead. Decided to join them and see how I am fitness wise. These 600's were a lot different: the first and last 100 meters were at an all out sprint, to simulate race conditions. I don't understand why you would sprint for the first 100 meters, maybe the first 10 if anything. I didn't argue though since I'm not in charge.

First one already felt hard, second was exhausting, and third was our last. Based on this workout, I didn't lose too much fitness from two weeks ago. Now that I understand the shape I'm in, I can just go do easy mileage now.
