Easy run to Country Club. The pace started out pretty slow, so everyone was bunched together for most of the run until we separated at Galen and Windsor. Added on with a pretty big group and then did mobility in the Armory. Legs felt pretty sore during the run, and I think I just need to start rolling out/stretching again because I've been neglecting to do that. I'm aware the importance of the supplemental workouts, just gotta stay as disciplined with those as i am with running. Also, the snowball wars have started with Feldman starting the first strike against Willy. Next snowfall run is going to be rough.
