Notes
Got up early enough to do the long run before the scavenger hunt. Decided to run Stone Creek because I haven't been there in months. Wasn't the greatest decision because I was under the sun the whole time and was exposed to very little shade. Got back to the Armory and took a quick water break before extending. Did the Crystal lake route without going to Crystal Lake and turning right on University Avenue. Very tired by the end of this, but at least I'm done with this run before my day has really started.
Under mileage this week because of race week, but this week is peak mileage, so I definitely will have to get some doubles in to hit peak mileage.
