Happy with this workout. Wasn't feeling too confident about this because of how shitty I felt the last two days. Also my first workout at Centennial for the year. Headed over to Centennial and did our threshold on the way there. Breathing felt a little heavy, but my legs felt fine, so I ignored it. 800's felt better. Didn't really feel too tired on any of them, even after the last one. Had a decent fast 400m that I probably could have done even faster. I have high hopes for Saturday after how this workout went.
