Easy run to Arb and Statues. Boy this was rough. My legs are still feeling very heavy and I'm not sure what is the cause. Possible reasons are worn out shoes, lack of decent rest, not rolling out enough, I really gotta get on that. After cleaning up and leg strength, most of us extended, a select few going as far as statues. I fell off because my legs were just not having it. Pretty exhausted by the end of it.
