Very nice but very fast run today. Probably the fastest easy run pace ever, which I will not do again for a long time. Turned left at University instead of taking the Crystal Lake route since I'm just getting back into mileage. I'll definitely take it a lot easier next time, at least above 7. Probably gonna feel it tomorrow.
