3rd day here at DC. Woke up around 8 this time, but still had enough time to get a medium long run in. Went down Blair Road and kept following that road until I hit North Capitol Hill Road. Went down a pretty major highway but I ran in that grassy line in the middle to keep myself safe. Went back after 40 minutes. Weather was pretty hot but not as bad as yesterday's.
