Happy with this workout. Didn't want to go in this hungry, so I had a light snack and waited about half an hour before starting the workout. First rep was the most shaky. Felt like it was the right effort breathing wise, I just had to make my legs catch up. Second time felt better and I felt more in tune with what I was doing. Started getting into a rhythm of getting a little too comfortable then pushing myself back to threshold and then backing off. That's why my third and fourth rep were faster than the first two. I think I still managed to stay within the threshold range and not get too out of breath. I was satisfied with the effort despite not feeling great going into it.
