Notes
Due to some changes in schedule tomorrow, I decided that it would be best for me to run the Steady State workout today. Driving to where I usually do the workout, I got sleepy, so I took a quick nap. For some reason, even after two miles of warmup, I still didn't feel fully awake. Regardless, I jumped into the workout after a few stretches.
Not sure what happened with the first mile, but the rest went pretty well. My legs felt really weird today; they were going at nice speed, but it felt very out of control to me. Aerobically, it felt just like a steady state workout, which was good. I think it's because I just did leg strength yesterday, so that could explain why my legs felt funky. Doing a workout on Thursday instead of Friday probably put my body out of sync as well. This won't happen for a while though so I'll just bear it for now.
