Wow this was a tough run. Left achilles tendon felt really bad today. Normally, it would subside after a few minutes, but this time, it didnt go away and it just kept haunting me the whole run. I decided that to prevent aggravating the injury I probably better not do strides today and just give it a lot of rest if I want to do a decent long run tomorrow.
*Update: My injury is coming from my left tibia. Going to try ice it and hope it gets better.
