Notes
One of later runs this year. I was planning to run right after church, but I was too hungry, so I ate and headed home to change. Got really sleepy on the way home and decided to take a nap before running. Woke up 5 hours later and started my run. Ran pretty slow the entire time and sped up a lot near the end. Otherwise, I hit mileage this week. If I want to get into the upper 70's for this summer, I gotta get more rest and stay healthy.
