Notes
Decent long run. Probably one of the few longs runs where I started as fast as I finished. Felt great running through Statues, but going through Crystal Lake was a pain in the ass because all of Crystal Lake park was covered in snow.], so that slowed me down a lot. Got going once I got through the trails, but my legs were fried from all that running on the snow. Finished much stronger than usual, so that was good.
Surprisingly hit my mileage this week. Nice!
