2k @ T w/ 1.5' R, 4 x 800m @ 3k w/ 1.5' R, 400m All Out

Shout out to Feldman for running this workout with me even though he could have made it to regular practice. We left at 8 am for the workout and stopped by the armory for a drink. Saw the varsity team there and saw that they were heading towards the track. Not a good sign. We decided to run there anyway since our warm up wasn't long enough. Got there and noticed it was empty, ok. Got into the workout right away so we wouldn't waste any time. After the 2k, the coach came and we asked to use it for just 20 minutes, and luckily, we could. 800's were not that great. Felt like I was going straight into anaerobic mode and I just did not get into a groove at all. Pretty upset with this workout. Didn't even run a decent all out 400. Feldman looked good. Not sure what happened, but if I were to reference previous situations like this, I did not eat enough before this workout or sleep enough. I'm going to get better sleep before the race and also eat more before my 5k on Saturday.
