Notes
Easy run to Country Club. Rained all day, but got pretty light during the run. Somerfield, Frintner, and I extended while everyone else turned left. Felt guilty for staying quiet the whole time, but I was a little preoccupied with my stomach to concentrate on what they were saying. Dropped by Steak and Shake to use the bathroom. Not sure why, but my stomach felt bad today, but I know that I tried something new today and obviously it did not sit well. Just gotta be careful next time.
