Notes
Used my new kicks for the first time because my Sauconys were still soaked from yesterday's run. Today was very sunny, so I knew I was not going to run fast today. Had some small pain in my left ankle, but it subsided during the run. I am going to ice it tonight and see if it gets better tomorrow.
