Easy run before the workout tomorrow. Got some new soles for my shoes as a temporary way of extending my shoe life until I get new ones. They are working very well and my achilles feel much better. This run was a lot quicker than usual, but no one seemed to be willing to slow it down. Personally, I felt really good, and my legs were fine as well, so as long as they weren't hurting and my breathing was fine, I didn't really mind it too much. Did leg strength at the Armory afterwards. Going to get some good sleep for this workout tomorrow.
