5 x (30"+60"+30" @ 5:15 w/ 45" RJ) w/ 2' RJ + 5 x Hills @ 60" w/ 2:30" RJ
A fartlek and then some hills.
Fartlek went well. Ran with a huge group since our training paces were very similar. Kept my arms lower this time since I tend to raise my shoulders too much.
Hills were brutal, all that leg strength still made this a very difficult workout.
