Felt pretty good this morning. Yesterday, i had some sorness and tenderness above my left knee. I iced it last night and it went away by this morning.
Towards the end I was getting in the groove, but also getting tired. It seemed my HR went down, and my pace went down with it. I think I just have to get through those first 4-5 miles before these 8 milers start feeling normal.
4 miler tomorrow. Should be easy as pie.
