Down week this week. Shooting for 25 miles or so.

Legs were feeling achy this morning but felt fine since swimming a bit. My sciatica in my right side is acting up. Real pain in the ass (literally).

Workout felt easy, especially with the standing rest. I could have easily done much more volume, but this was just a short workout to spin up the legs.
