5 miles at Threshold pace (7:55-8:05) - 10 miles total. It's getting cold out. My hands get very cold during the run. My nose leaks like crazy. These early mornings feel like they are getting to me. I don't want to wake up, and feeling good during the run seems to take longer. The first couple miles I always feel I'm lumbering along.
Medium Long run tomorrow of 11 miles. Should be fun. I'll put on some gloves and see how I feel.
