Felt just alright today. The first intervals I struggled to maintain a decent pace. I kept going way too fast or too slow. The next few just sorta flowed which was nice. They weren't terribly hard either. My left hamstring was tight since sundays run. it didn't cause any problems today and the run actually felt like it loosened it up.

My son started school so I need to leave even earlier in the morning. I hope these early mornings don't start catching up to me. Tomorrow's an easy run... gotta love the easy runs.
