I was tired and wasn't in the mood to do the workout this morning. Missed my iron dose last night! Fell asleep early and didn't wake up all night. First time that's happened in a while.

This was a tough workout. 3mi wu, 5x3:00 uphill 2 mi cd. It's also a little scary. You have to be sharp to dodge traffic cresting the hill. Each interval started out at the base of the hill, where it was flat, and then finished as close to the top as I could get. I need to learn to give it more during those middle intervals.

Edit: My sole of my left foot felt OK this morning, but is sensitive to pokes from more rocks.
