Notes

A short 5 mile run. I think I was dehydrated since my weight was much lower, and my higher heart rate. Getting up this morning was difficult. My son woke me up a few times so my sleeping was choppy at best. I just wanted to get the run done. These 5 mile runs feel like small blips on the radar. Tomorrow is some intervals. First intervals in the training plan, making me nervous. I'm also nervous about my 10k race on Saturday.

My right calf has been tight, but not hurting. It's been that way since my tempo run on Friday. Still keeping an eye on it.
