Notes

Right from the start I was running faster than I expected to. So I went with it and turned it into a fartlek. Did 3-4 bursts after 3 miles, then a comfortably hard effort to the hill, then hard up the long hill. Fun workout. Still feels like I was slower than before. Oh well.
