Grinder's Long Run - 15 miles
Good run this morning. We did 3 x 5 mile loops and stopped for water after each loop. It worked great. I felt really good this morning. The ankle didn't really bother me at all. The inside of my left foot did a little though.
Really glad to be back at it after a short time off.
