Notes

There's a chill in the air this morning. Felt great. Recovery run this morning. My legs are a little sore from yesterday's workout. I just tried to run easy and relaxed. I finished up with 4 strides. Did some strength after: 3x10 push ups, 2x10 scissors, 1x30 leg lifts, 1x30 clams.
