2.5 mile warm up, 5 mile tempo, 2.5 mile cool down. Tired this morning, and very humid making this a hard workout.
Mile 1-2 were awkward just trying to get into the groove. Mile 3-4 I started feeling good and in control. Mile 5 fell apart half way through on a little gentle rise in the road. I started recovering around the bend after the hill, but by then it was already over. Tough workout.
mile splits were: 7:03, 7:07, 7:05, 7:02 7:12
