Day 1. Getting back to it, again. I just sorta ran. It was a progressive run. 8:50, 8:45, 8:41, 8:37, 8:31, 7:47. It felt good to just let go and run.
I missed out on the weekend due to Saturday being drunk, Sunday being tired (called for work at midnight, so next to no sleep) and Monday to recover from all that.
