Notes
This felt a little harder than I thought it would. It was cold and overcast out. I skipped yesterday's run due to being sick and also an impromptu laminate floor installation in my son's room. My left knee also hurt when I woke up yesterday so running wasn't something I wanted to try.
I tried to up my cadence without increasing my speed, but that just increased my HR. Anyway, my HR was higher and I was going slower than normal. Running while being sick sorta sucks.
