Intervals today. Didn't have a chance to run this morning. Luckily I am able to work from home. The weather was great. I decided to celebrate that and go shirtless. Felt great.
I did 5x600m (.38 miles) with 45 seconds rest in between. The plan called for 50-90% of the interval time to be rest, but I guess I didn't calculate that right. They felt tough but doable. On the out intervals, it felt much harder given that it was slightly uphill and into the wind.
Just a short 6 miler tomorrow.
