Heart Rate monitor went crazy for the first couple miles. I turned off the alerts and just ran easy. The knot in my left leg started causing me issues around mile 4-5, then again at mile 9.5. I think it's the shoes. I'm going to retire these shoes soon.
Running felt easy and relaxed. 147-148 bpm feels wonderful. heart rate started to go up a little toward the end. I think that had to do with being a little dehydrated.
I took my shirt off at mile 9.5 because it was chaffing my right nipple. Felt good.
