Notes
I decided to run for 1 hr. I had a semi stressful previous hour with a coding challenge and needed the run to relax since my head wasn't in the best place. Weather was all over the place, first cool and rainy, then sunny and humid, then WINDY.
I started out easyish, but it seemed no matter how slow I went, my HR was just keep climbing. Decided to just run, HR be damned. The wind sucked a bit, but shrug. I enjoyed it.
