Notes
Felt pretty good today. The first four miles felt a little daunting at first. The last few miles felt pretty good. I didn't feel like I was as tired as Sunday. The rest day yesterday helped. felt a little hesitant about starting up so soon after the half marathon, but I feel great. I didn't even have any soreness after the race. Felt just like a hard tempo run.
I was having HRM issues again. Garmin needs to really fix their "premium" HRM strap. It has serious flaws after limited, but continuous use.
