Easy 3 miles, then progressive until 90 min, 15 min easy.
Felt really strong today. Legs feel amazing. Zero soreness. Slightly fatigued. Running in the hot hot weather makes for "easy" running on the legs.
Great training week. 50+ miles, 1 workout. Decent long run.
Sciatica is still around. Slight spasms in my butt, but generally just pain down my hamstring and calf.
