4 Mile hilly tempo with the Traverse City Track Club. 7:08, 7:04, 7:32 (100+ft hill), 6:31 (downhill). Just concentrated on keeping an even effort, well allowed for some rise in effort up the hill. Average HR: 176. Couldn't catch 3 of them. Didn't let anyone pass me. Passed almost everyone in front of me.
Felt really strong. These hills are already making their impact.
