Notes

This was very tough, physically and mentally. The first time going the half marathon distance this year and it was a hot humid day. I first ran 7.33 hilly out and back lollipop route, then ran 2.8 mi loop 2x. Stopping for water in between each.

My legs were just done. I tried my best to recover by taking 2 naps yesterday.
