Progressive long run.

3 mile E, then 6 and a bit miles progressive cutting down every mile. Finished up with with ~15 min E. Felt pretty good. Legs were a little tired coming into this. This long run give me some confidence that my fitness has improved.

Glad to have another week over 40 miles.
