5 mile recovery run today. Felt great. The weather was perfectly cool. I felt like pushing the pace a few times because it felt so cool and I felt so good. The HRM immediately beeped at me (set for 146). Long run tomorrow. Going to shoot for 8:30+ 20% (10:12 pace) to start, then finish at 8:30 + 10% (9:21 pace).
510 + 102 = 612 = 10:12
