Today felt better. I drank plenty of water last night and this morning before heading out. I also had a small snack of bread with peanut butter before heading out. This really made a huge difference. Everything felt good and easy until about half way. At that point the knot in my left leg started getting tight, but didn't cause any additional tension on my IT band. This is the point where it was also getting hotter. Started out at like 70-75 and ended up at like 85 with breeze. I really felt the sun's intensity on the last straight away of the loop.

I also really like how you can see how my pace varies vs the elevation, and time. It's like an unbounded sine wave.
