Coffee and clif bar before; legs kinda felt heavy and slow- lack of sleep I think.
Looked back on log and noted how I can do this run 10 min faster at same HR (than I could back in April), and can complete this same run in the same time frame with 12 bpm lower average HR (than I could in June).
I love charts and graphs and numbers, dag gummit.
Off running for a couple days, then longest long on Sunday: gulp.
