Well, okay, I attempted to do 10 x 800 and actually did 12 x 800.
Felt pretty good. It was raining, light to heavy the whole run, and quite windy.
I ate breakfast (wheaties), coffee, then a Fiber One bar 30 min prior to run; took 10 oz water with (not enough- I was thirsty), and no food or gels (maybe should have- starving by the time I got home).
Overall felt like a good run. I could maybe figure out a better way to count my 800's (geez)
