Notes
I know, I know, too fast for an easy run.
Coffee and wheaties prior to run today. I was thirsty during; should have drank some water before.
Off to neck course this weekend, and my mind was on all I have to do to pack and get ready today, so I took off too fast.
My mind then wanted me to walk, esp at about mile 2. I didn't. Ran continuously after the first 5 min warm-up.
Wore capris; happy they weren't falling down.
Pack of nuts and dried fruit after.
