workout was 10 x 2 minutes at interval with 1 min rest. did the first 3.5 (maybe 4.5?) trying to keep up with sean and clifford, then legs felt pretty tired so i quit, waited a little bit and then did 3 more with culla and bev. i was really just looking to do this as a fartlek, not so much a workout, so i didn't mind skipping some intervals to keep my form sharp. foot and everything felt fine.
