went to join kath and keefe for kath's workout. 2.5 warmup, then 3 miles on the river that was supposed to be 6:30-6:40, but it was snowy and icy, so pace ended up slower. then 6x60 second hill repeats. their workout continued, but after that i had to bail to catch the train. took it easy home from there, since my stomach wasn't great.
