was excited to run in some nice cold weather. i think it was too cold for my body to run fast and keep me from freezing, so I really only had easy pace. face was a little cold into the wind, but otherwise fine. threw some rocks onto the frozen river and also listened to the ice making cool freezing noises (two of my favorite things to do).
