1000 @ 3:19, 400 jog, 8 x 400 @ 72 with 400 jog rest, 4 x 200 starting at 35 and finishing at 30.
Legs were tired and didn't have an extra gear; I think I would have been much happier with a tempo run today. I felt like my form was bad and I was forcing it from the start. Right knee hurt some.
