4 mile warmup over to the track to do a workout. fell on my knee in weatherbee on the way there. there was a soccer game at the track, so i decided to try to workout on the road instead. was planning 5x1000, so just ran 5x3:20 over rolling hills. I can't pay enough attention to where i'm going doing intervals on the road, and got lost. Paces were something like 5:07, 5:24, 5:31, 5:22, then only did half of the last one because i lost interest and was trying to figure out where i was. Ended up running much farther than I had planned and then missed the train to the marathon expo. workout wasn't terrible, but it's hard to run fast when you're lost.
