Pretty wet today. Started run right as thunderstorm started. Lots of rain. Did a progression run, just to keep it interesting. Started at about 7:20 and got to 5:45 for mile 8. Then 2 miles easy in the dark back on the path. Tried not to look at watch too much. Focused on staying relaxed.
Something like 7:20, 7:17, 6:55, 6:55, 6:31, 6:24, 6:07, 5:45.
