track brick. hot today. not ready for threshold miles yet, so I did a fartlek. ran slow with alex and jumped in with sean and kluz for 4x600-800m stretches of their miles. they were doing lap 3 surges, so some of it was repeat pace. the pace felt really hard, but i expected that. after did drills and strides on the grass.
